Avant ABA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team in Greensboro, NC. As a key member of our behavior analysis team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans Implement and monitor behavioral interventions, including functional behavioral assessments, skill assessment, and skill acquisition strategies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure successful treatment outcomes Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior analysis Ensure accurate and timely data collection and documentation, maintaining high standards of confidentiality Develop and implement strategies to promote staff training and development, enhancing the overall quality of services About the
