That is why Registered Behavior Technicians are at the heart of what we do! We are seeking a compassionate, dependable RBT to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to a child in La Grange, North Carolina . We welcome candidates from La Grange, Greenville, Goldsboro, Kinston, Snow Hill and surrounding communities who can reliably travel to the client's home. This is an established afternoon case requiring consistent availability from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday through Friday , for approximately 20 hours per week . We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to become part of a child's journey—someone who will show up consistently, build trust with the family, and recognize the importance of the small, everyday accomplishments that lead to lasting progress. What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the child's home
• Consistently work the scheduled 3:30-7:30 p.m. treatment block
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical team
• Build a positive, professional relationship with the child and family
• Celebrate progress and help the child build confidence and independence Current Opportunity Client location:
