Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is crucial in providing quality care and support to enhance the lives of our clients through effective behavioral therapy techniques. Duties Implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Collect and record data on client behavior and progress to ensure accurate medical documentation. Assist clients in daily living activities while promoting independence and skill development. Educate clients and their families about behavioral health strategies and interventions. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding patient information. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve client outcomes. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Experience Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Familiarity with medical records management and data collection processes is beneficial. Understanding of behavioral health concepts and experience in behavioral therapy practices. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively educate clients and families. Ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations while providing patient care. $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
