Job Description

Who are we looking to hire? Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) where approved, to deliver direct, in-person Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients at home or approved locations within a designated area. All services provided exclusively by BCBA; RBTs and BCaBAs are not employed. Hours/schedule Client-dependent hours, including daytime, after-school, and evening options. Independent contractor role; part-time and full-time opportunities available We match clients based on your availability-set your own schedule Responsibilities Assess behavioral needs and create individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based ABA interventions daily/weekly. Monitor progress and adjust plans for optimal outcomes. Train and support families and caregivers in behavioral strategies Maintain accurate compliant records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Experience with individuals with autism Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and documentation standards Proficient in treatment plan development Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently Ability to travel to clients approved locations and provide services on a daily, weekly basis. Must have the following to become a certified provider with our agency: Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification through the BACB or LBA where approved Valid State license (if required by state) Valid CPR/BLS with a portion completed in-person Valid Driver's license Must pass a 10 year federal, state and local background check The following must be setup if contracted before submission to insurance. National Provider Identification Number (NPI) profile and number Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) profile and number
