What You'll Do As an RBT with Pillars, you'll work directly with learners while receiving ongoing support and supervision from experienced BCBAs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing direct ABA therapy to assigned learners Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by your BCBA Teaching communication, social, adaptive, academic, and daily living skills Collecting accurate and timely data during sessions Supporting learners in reaching their individualized goals Implementing behavior intervention strategies as directed by your BCBA Building positive and trusting relationships with learners and families Communicating with your BCBA regarding learner progress, challenges, and successes Participating in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development Maintaining professional, ethical, and compassionate standards of care You Won't Be Doing This Alone At Pillars, we believe RBTs should feel supported, valued, and equipped to do their jobs well. You'll have a BCBA overseeing your cases and a clinical team you can turn to when you have questions or need additional support. We want you to feel comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and learning as you grow in your career. We provide resources, training, and tools to help you feel confident implementing your learner's programs. Who We Serve We currently provide services in: Texas - our primary service area Colorado Tennessee North Carolina We serve learners from 18 months through 21 years old and also have a dedicated program supporting Spanish-speaking families . Your specific service area will depend on where learners are located and your availability. Compensation, Hours & Location We currently have part-time and full-time W-2 positions available. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, credentials, and position requirements. Schedules are flexible and will vary based on learner needs and your availability. Depending on the position and learner, services may be provided in the home, community, or other appropriate settings .
