Pediatric Therapy is a family and therapist-owned pediatric therapy company providing individualized ABA services to children in their natural environments. Our services are provided primarily in clients' homes and daycare settings, allowing our team to support children where they live, learn, and play. We are growing and looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. Position Overview We are hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position will begin at approximately 20-25 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a full-time position as additional clients are added. Responsibilities may include teaching communication, social, play, daily living, and other functional skills while collecting accurate data and documenting each therapy session. Because services are provided in the community, applicants should be comfortable traveling to clients' homes and daycare settings within their assigned service area. Qualifications Current RBT certification is preferred, but we would also love to hear from individuals interested in becoming an RBT.
