Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Monday-Friday | 30+ Hours/Week Autism 360 is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are ready to start or grow a meaningful career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while working toward meaningful individualized goals.
Responsibilities include:
Implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Providing engaging, child-centered one-on-one ABA therapy Collecting accurate electronic session data Collaborating with BCBAs and fellow team members throughout the day Supporting a positive, safe, and structured learning environment for clients What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Interest in working with children and learning ABA therapy Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset Reliable transportation and ability to pass required screenings Ability to stay active throughout the day, including sitting, standing, walking, and running as needed Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Autism 360 is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and long-term growth for every member of our team.
