Job Description

  • Job Title:
    Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team.
The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, individualized behavior therapy to clients with developmental and/or behavioral challenges. This role is essential in helping clients develop the skills necessary to improve their quality of life.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
Collect and record data on client progress as directed by the treatment plan. Utilize positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors. Provide direct one-on-one in home services. Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other team members to ensure treatment fidelity. Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously enhance skills and knowledge. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
High school diploma or equivalent; a background in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus. Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Excellent observational and analytical skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
