Full-Time Salary:
$90,000 - $130,000 (Depending on experience)Location:
Huntersville, NC Center Based Compass Associates are proud to be partnering with a fantastic organization who are genuinely passionate about making a difference. This is an excellent opportunity to join a medium sized ABA provider that truly values quality care, manageable caseloads and flexibility. Responsibilities Conduct clinical supervision and provide ongoing guidance to RBTs and clinical team members. Develop and update treatment plans and make data-driven program modifications. Review clinical data and monitor learner progress. Collaborate closely with caregivers to support treatment goals and meaningful outcomes. Provide coaching, feedback, and clinical support to RBTs. Complete clinical documentation and communication within required timelines. Participate in clinical review and collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care. Maintain ethical, high-quality, and compliant service delivery in accordance with payer requirements and organizational standards. Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing. Previous experience as a practicing BCBA, ideally supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Passion for delivering compassionate, client-centered care.
