As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission. We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to join our team in Jacksonville, NC . About the
Role:
As an RBT, you'll work closely with our experienced clinicians to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA programs designed to meet each patient's unique needs. You'll contribute to assessing and treating children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will help us improve communication, behavior, and daily routines for our young patients.Primary Responsibilities:
Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Conduct assessments, track progress, and report on patient outcomes Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with patients, families, and colleagues Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate records and documentationWhat We Offer:
