The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) delivers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services through direct one-on-one client care in home and community settings throughout Brunswick County and the greater Wilmington area. Working under the direct supervision of the practice's Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT implements individualized treatment plans, collects session data, and collaborates with caregivers to support skill development and generalization. This role requires travel to client locations; drive time between session locations is paid. Zidello Behavioral Health is an in-home ABA practice where each RBT works directly with the supervising BCBA, who personally oversees every caseload and remains accessible for same-day clinical support.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home and community settings Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress toward goals Maintain thorough, timely documentation to support treatment fidelity Communicate client progress and session observations to the supervising BCBA Collaborate with caregivers to support skill generalization and carryover across settings Participate in regular supervision, feedback, and ongoing training

Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB•required High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral intervention techniques Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to approximately 30 minutes to client locations Consistent, dependable availability Strong communication skills, professionalism, and empathy in working with families Comfort providing services in family homes and community environments, and communicating directly with caregivers Compensation and benefits: $20.00•28.00 per hour, based on experience and credentials $500 bonus after 90 days of employment and in good standing Paid drive time when traveling between clients Paid training and orientation prior to beginning client services Direct, consistent supervision from the practice's BCBA Flexible scheduling built around your availability.
