In-Home Services $20.50 an hour +$2/hour for In-Home Sessions Paid Mileage for Travel Who We Are Compleat KiDZ is a fast-growing pediatric therapy organization serving children and families through collaborative, high-quality care. We are seeking compassionate, reliable team members who enjoy working with children and making a meaningful impact in their daily lives. Position Overview Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in the child's home, school and daycare environment. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA Collect data and complete session documentation accurately Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness Teach and reinforce skills during natural routines within the home environment Travel to client homes to deliver services as scheduled Position Requirements Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification High school diploma or GED required Passion for working with young children with behavioral challenges Ability to pass a criminal background check Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance Disclaimer This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
