What You'll Need:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Extensive experience in behavioral intervention, especially in school settings Proficiency and training in restraint and seclusion practices, following current standards and protocols Strong communication and documentation skills Commitment to maintaining a positive, supportive, and safe learning environment Ability to collaborate professionally with educators, therapists, and families

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Monitor and track student progress, collecting data and adjusting interventions as needed Support students with a variety of behavioral and developmental challenges, fostering engagement and independence Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation, applying trained restraint/seclusion methods safely and appropriately Document observations and complete necessary behavior logs daily Participate actively in team meetings and contribute insights regarding student progress and strategies Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule in a supportive, education-focused setting where your specialized skills are truly valued.
