Preferred Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one, school-based ABA therapy for children with autism and other developmental needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and making a meaningful impact. Responsibilities Deliver direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. Implement individualized treatment plans. Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation. Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
