Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to join our team. As an RBT/BT, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy to individuals with autism and related disorders. Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavior plans and interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.
Duties:
  • Implement individualized care plans developed by the BCBA
  • Provide direct one-on-one behavioral therapy to clients
  • Collect data on client progress and behaviors
  • Assist with the development and implementation of behavior management strategies
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistent treatment approach
Skills:
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or related disorders
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Familiarity with data collection methods and behavior tracking tools
  • Ability to have fun on the job
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to follow care plans and implement interventions effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities This position will take effect
