Thrive Hive ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an established client in the Newport, NC area. This position offers approximately 15 consistent hours per week with a weekday afternoon schedule 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. At Thrive Hive ABA, we believe great ABA starts with supporting the people providing it. You'll work closely with your supervising BCBA, receive ongoing clinical support, and be part of a team where your work is valued.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide one-on-one ABA services in the client's home Implement individualized treatment programs developed by the supervising BCBA Collect behavioral and skill-acquisition data Complete accurate and timely session documentation Communicate with caregivers and your supervising BCBA Participate in supervision, team meetings, and training Maintain professional and ethical standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
