- That Allows You to Thrive Competitive Salary Meaningful Work That Changes Lives Collaborative Team Environment Referral program Opportunities for Professional Growth Administrative Support to Help You Succeed What You'll Do Provide ABA services and clinical support to children with autism Supervise and support Behavior Technicians implementing ABA treatment plans Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis Assist with implementing individualized behavior intervention plans Provide feedback and coaching to direct-care staff Support caregiver training and family collaboration Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team to ensure quality services Promote ethical and evidence-based ABA practices What Total Care ABA requires from you: Current Qualified Autism Services Practitioner•Supervisor (QASP-S) certification Bachelor's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder Experience supervising or mentoring Behavior Technicians Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical teams Experience with parent/caregiver training Experience with North Carolina Medicaid services Make a Difference & Shape the Future of ABA Care!
