Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Blossom ABA Therapy - 4.2 Newton Grove, NC Job Details Part-time $22 - $28 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Paid time off Referral program Qualifications Bilingual Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders Experience working with individuals with autism High school diploma or GED Driver's License Experience working with children Working with children with disabilities Full Job Description Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - In-Home ABA Therapy $22.00-$28.00 per hour | Part-time | BCBA Fellowship Program Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — or an exam-ready candidate who has completed the 40-hour RBT training and has hands-on ABA experience — to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, under the supervision of a licensed BCBA. What you'll do Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to children with autism in home and community settings Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) written by your supervising BCBA Run skill acquisition programs for communication, social skills, daily living, and behavior regulation Collect accurate session data and complete session notes on time Be a consistent, positive presence in your client's day Respond to challenging behavior using approved, evidence-based procedures
What You'll Need:
Active RBT certification through the BACB, or completed 40-hour RBT training and ready to sit for the exam Hands-on experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism (direct 1:1 experience, not observation only) Weekday afternoon availability Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license — sessions are in client homes across the Durham area High school diploma or equivalent Able to complete background clearances required for working with children Physically able to sit on the floor, kneel, move quickly, and safely respond to challenging behavior Pay and perks $22.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience and certification status Part-time afternoon caseload now, with real potential to grow into full-time Case matching that fits your availability — we build your caseload around your schedule, not the other way around Structured, reliable BCBA supervision and ongoing clinical mentorship Referral bonus program and team recognition events 401k Paid Time Off- (PTO) BCBA Fellowship Program About Blossom ABA Therapy At Blossom ABA Therapy, we're more than a workplace — we're a clinical community.
