What you'll do Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to children with autism in home and community settings Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) written by your supervising BCBA Run skill acquisition programs for communication, social skills, daily living, and behavior regulation Collect accurate session data and complete session notes on time Be a consistent, positive presence in your client's day Respond to challenging behavior using approved, evidence-based procedures

What You'll Need:
