Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)•Spanish Speaking•Morning Hours•
Newton Grove, NC and Surrounding Areas Job Description:
Blossom ABA is actively hiring a Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism. We are specifically looking for candidates available during morning and early afternoon hours . What You'll Do:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings Work directly with children to build communication, social, and daily living skills Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA Collect and record data on client progress Communicate effectively with families (Spanish-speaking households) and team members
Requirements:
Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain•we provide support) Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, etc.) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Strong communication and organizational skills High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Work Location:
Newtown Grove, NC Schedule:
Morning and afternoon hours (highly preferred) Part-time and full-time opportunities available
Compensation:
$22•27/hour , based on experience and certification status
