About Anchor Excelled Learners Anchor Excelled Learners (AEL) is a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider dedicated to helping children and families build meaningful skills and achieve greater independence. We provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services in home and school environments throughout our service areas. Our RBTs play an essential role in helping children develop communication, social, daily living, coping, and other functional skills. About the Position We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will work directly with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect behavioral data, teach replacement and functional skills, and support clients in making meaningful progress toward their goals. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, is patient and dependable, and wants to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental needs. Responsibilities The RBT will be responsible for: Providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in the home and/or school setting Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA Teaching communication, social, play, academic, self-help, and daily living skills Implementing behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition procedures as directed by the BCBA Collecting accurate and consistent data during each session Documenting session notes and client progress Following all safety, ethical, and clinical procedures Using evidence-based ABA strategies and maintaining treatment fidelity Building positive and professional relationships with clients and families Communicating appropriately with caregivers, teachers, BCBAs, and other members of the treatment team Participating in supervision, team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development Maintaining client confidentiality and complying with HIPAA requirements Supporting clients in generalizing skills across people, environments, and situations Maintaining a professional, respectful, and compassionate approach at all times

Qualifications Required:

Current RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), when applicable to the position High school diploma or equivalent Ability to successfully complete required background checks Reliable transportation to assigned client locations Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members Ability to maintain accurate documentation and data collection Ability to work under the supervision of a BCBA Commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards

Preferred:

Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Previous ABA, behavioral health, education, childcare, or special education experience CPR/First Aid certification Experience with data collection and behavior tracking Previous experience impleme

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
