What You'll Do As an RBT with Cross River Therapy, you'll provide in-home and community-based ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). You'll implement individualized treatment plans created and supervised by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct 1:1 behavioral service in both individual and group settings Running skill-building programs using ABA and Verbal Behavior principles Maintaining client program books and completing weekly documentation Collaborating with BCBAs to support each child's treatment goals Upholding professionalism, confidentiality, and client safety at all times Participating in professional development opportunities Performing additional duties as needed What We're Looking For 18+ years of age High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with individuals with special needs (preferred) Valid driver's license Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred.
