Behavior Technician (BT)
Wilkesboro, NC Job Summary:
Advanceable ABA NC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our dynamic team! As a BT, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities to reach their full potential. Our team is committed to providing high-quality, center-based ABA therapy services, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one with clients with ASD and related disabilities, providing evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies Implement and maintain behavioral treatment plans, in collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and record data to track client progress and program effectiveness Communicate regularly with clients' families and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge Adhere to established protocols and procedures to ensure high-quality services and ensure a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, special education) preferred 0 years of experience in the field of ABA or similar settings; willingness to learn and grow with our team! Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and team members Reliable transportation and flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends and evenings
Compensation and Benefits:
