Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Wilkesboro, NC. As a new graduate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure continuity of care and efficient workflow Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of North Carolina Completion of an accredited LPN program Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum of 0 years of experience as an LPN (new graduates welcome to apply)
