Being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is more than a profession-it's a purpose. What You'll Be Doing Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions Participate in team meetings , case reviews, and professional development Requirements What you'll need Active BCBA Certification (required) North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills A compassionate, team-oriented mindset Benefits Full-time BCBA Benefits 23 paid days off (15 days PTO plus 8 paid holidays) Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD and Life Insurance plans available 401(k) with company match Student loan repayment (A new incentive!) - earn up to $437 per month toward your loans! 3 week Paid Sabbatical!
