Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Must live near Windsor, NC area
Job Summary:
Glow Forward ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in helping children in North Carolina move forward, glow brighter, and grow into their full potential. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide behavior analysis services to clients in their natural environments, including homes, schools, and community settings Develop and implement comprehensive behavior intervention plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals Conduct assessments, observations, and data collection to inform treatment decisions Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and use this information to inform treatment modifications Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and services provided
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA or BCaBA Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
