Job Description
- Pediatric Partners
- , a part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for infants, children, and young adults.
- Entry-Level Behavior Technician — Paid RBT Training|
- Part-Time
- 10-12 Hours per Week | $16.75-$17.25 per Hour
- Flexible, College-Friendly Scheduling
- Paid professional certification Hands-on experience working with children Experience relevant to psychology, education, social work, OT, SLP, and counseling careers Consistent weekday hours No evenings or weekends, if accurate A path to additional hours or advancement
- Available shifts:
- 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. 12:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.

- , part of the Sevita family, is seeking a dependable and caring Behavior Technician. Previous RBT experience is welcome but not required—we provide training and support to help eligible team members earn their Registered Behavior Technician credential.
- What You'll Do
- + Implement individualized treatment plans and behavioral interventions under clinical supervision.
- Qualifications
- + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Current RBT credential or willingness to complete the required training and certification exam

- . + College coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or a related field preferred. + Experience supporting individuals with developmental or behavioral needs is

- + CPR and First Aid certification, as required by the state;
