Job Description

  • , a part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for infants, children, and young adults.
Our teams of compassionate pediatric experts help children with medically complex, developmental, behavioral, educational, or other needs learn the skills they need to thrive. We offer physical, occupational, speech-language, and feeding therapy; augmentative and alternative communication; mental health counseling; applied behavior analysis; and early intervention services.
  • Entry-Level Behavior Technician — Paid RBT Training|
  • Part-Time
  • 10-12 Hours per Week | $16.75-$17.25 per Hour
  • Flexible, College-Friendly Scheduling
  • Paid professional certification Hands-on experience working with children Experience relevant to psychology, education, social work, OT, SLP, and counseling careers Consistent weekday hours No evenings or weekends, if accurate A path to additional hours or advancement

  • 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. 12:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.

  • , part of the Sevita family, is seeking a dependable and caring Behavior Technician. Previous RBT experience is welcome but not required—we provide training and support to help eligible team members earn their Registered Behavior Technician credential.
  • What You'll Do
  • + Implement individualized treatment plans and behavioral interventions under clinical supervision.
+ Build positive, therapeutic relationships with the individuals served. + Reinforce safe and socially appropriate replacement behaviors. + Support the development of communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills. + Use and gradually reduce prompts to encourage greater independence. + Accurately collect behavioral data and complete required documentation. + Monitor progress and communicate concerns or barriers to the supervisor and behavior analyst. + Collaborate with families, caregivers, and treatment team members. + Keep participants engaged through structured therapeutic and leisure activities. + Participate in clinical meetings, training sessions, and program updates. + Follow company policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Qualifications
  • + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Current RBT credential or willingness to complete the required training and certification exam

  • . + College coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or a related field preferred. + Experience supporting individuals with developmental or behavioral needs is

  • + CPR and First Aid certification, as required by the state;
