Overview Join Our Team as a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Make a Difference with Heartwise Support! Are you passionate about helping children thrive? At Heartwise Support, we are dedicated to empowering children with developmental disabilities through compassionate, evidence-based care. We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and work alongside our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence, growth, and success. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Collect and analyze data on client behaviors to track progress and inform treatment adjustments Support goals by teaching new skills in various settings, including home, school, clinic or community environments Maintain accurate documentation, care plans, and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with supervisors and team members to modify interventions as needed for optimal outcomes Foster a safe, supportive and loving environment that encourages client engagement and positive behavior management Qualifications Certified RBT with prior experience in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and data collection methods Strong understanding of ABA terminology and HIPAA compliance Excellent teaching skills combined with patience and empathy for working with diverse populations High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Why Heartwise Support

Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
