Direct Support:
Providing consultation and services to students, staff, and parents to navigate behavioral challenges effectively. •
Strategy & Design:
Developing and implementing comprehensive behavioral assessments and data-driven intervention plans. •
Community Connection:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with outside agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student and family care. Qualifications •
Certification:
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). •
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in behavior analysis (school-based experience is a plus). •
Education:
Master's degree in a related field. •
Mindset:
