9679408-03743 Job Description Exciting contract opportunity available for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students for the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact, working closely with a dedicated team to provide specialized services within an educational setting. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following: Current and active BCBA certification and New Hampshire licensure. Proven experience delivering services to students with selective mutism. Strong clinical knowledge of ABA principles and their implementation in school environments. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key role duties include:

Delivering approximately 6 hours of direct services each week to a small caseload of three students. Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing interventions, and monitoring progress. Providing support and training to school staff to ensure consistent application of behavioral strategies. Participating in team meetings and maintaining accurate records and documentation. Dedicating one, full 8-hour day per week to both student services and necessary administrative responsibilities.
