Qualifications:
Current and active New Hampshire BCBA licensure. Experience working with students exhibiting selective mutism. Proven ability to adapt strategies to individual student needs. Exceptional documentation and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
Deliver behavior analytic services (approx. 6 student contact hours/week) for a caseload of three students. Complete comprehensive administrative documentation and participate in necessary meetings, all within an 8-hour workday weekly. Develop and implement targeted interventions for students with selective mutism. Collaborate with school staff and families to track progress and refine support plans as needed.
