Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team and start as soon as possible. In this role, you will deliver high-quality behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your expertise will help clients develop essential skills, improve behavior, and achieve their personal goals through evidence-based interventions. Duties Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols to support clients' developmental needs Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, and feeding to promote independence Collect and record accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment plans Support clients in managing behaviors through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques Collaborate with supervising clinicians to develop, review, and update care plans tailored to each client's needs Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and safeguarding medical records and documentation Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, and team members regarding progress and behavioral strategies Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorders Hands-on experience delivering direct behavioral therapy in home-based or clinical settings Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and implementing ABA therapy protocols Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and maintaining accurate medical records Experience working within special education environments or school settings is highly desirable Understanding of behavioral health principles, client communication, and ethical standards outlined in the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts Demonstrated ability to assist with ADLs, collect behavioral data accurately, and support clients' skill development Join us in creating positive change! Pay:
