Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required Experience providing behavioral support in a school or pediatric setting Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Strong communication skills to collaborate with students, teachers, and families Compassionate, patient, and consistent in approach with children

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct one-on-one ABA therapy and support to a student transitioning back into the school environment Implement individualized strategies to promote emotional regulation, positive behavior, and social engagement Track and document session data, making daily observations to inform team decisions Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and BCBA supervisor to adjust programming Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere conducive to achievement and growth
