Behavior Technician Mindful Connections Behavior Consultation and Services Londonderry, NH Job Details Part-time | Full-time $23 - $30 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid training Paid time off Professional development assistance Qualifications Teamwork High school diploma or GED Driver's License Experience working with children Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Mindful Connections Behavioral Consulting & Services is seeking compassionate, reliable, and energetic Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, center, school, and community settings. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Teach communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills. Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation. Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors. Attend required training and supervision. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred). Experience working with children is preferred but not required. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
