About the Role We are seeking a Program Clinician to join our team in supporting adult individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves developing and implementing behavioral supports that reflect the strengths, needs, and preferences of each individual served. At CIS, we practice a neuro-affirming approach to support — focusing on empowerment, collaboration, and respect for each person's identity. While we do not operate within a traditional ABA model, we value the skills, knowledge, and training that professionals with ABA backgrounds bring. If your experience is rooted in ABA, we welcome you to apply — many of the tools you've developed can be adapted and applied effectively within our framework. What You'll Do As a CIS Program Clinician, you'll play a key role in helping people thrive in ways that feel safe, affirming, and empowering. In this role, you will: Design and implement individualized behavioral support strategies Partner with teams, families, and providers to ensure supports are person-centered Provide training and guidance to direct support staff and home care providers Collect and interpret behavioral data to guide ongoing supports Promote positive approaches that enhance quality of life and independence What We're Looking For We're most interested in people who share our mission. Ideally, you bring: Bachelor's degree in psychology, human services, or related field (Master's preferred) Experience developing and implementing behavior support plans OR experience with direct support and skill development Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Commitment to dignity-affirming, person-centered practices Openness to applying and adapting behavioral skills in a neuro-affirming framework Why You'll Love Working Here Values inAction:
