Licensed Nursing Assistant/Care Partner - Full-Time

Kendal at Hanover is a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community, and home to 400 residents. We are seeking caring, team-oriented LNA's and/or Care Partners to provide residents living in the assisted living neighborhoods with quality care by providing physical, psychosocial and social support within the guidelines of established practice for the nurses assistant and care partner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides hands-on care to residents as needed and appropriate, assisting with meals and answering call lights in a timely manner. Supports residents in doing as much for self as possible, promoting positive leisure time Engages residents by initiating conversation and activities with them Reports concerns and/or physical and social changes to the charge nurse or nurse supervisor. Compensation:

starting at $21.50 hour, higher depending on experience, plus shift and weekend differentials. #KAH2
