As an RBT, you'll work directly with children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities , helping them build meaningful skills in communication, social interaction, behavior, and daily living. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you will provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy and implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA. What our RBTs are responsible for: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy and direct behavioral support to clients. Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA. •Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills . Collect and accurately record behavioral and skill-acquisition data. Observe and document client progress and responses to interventions. Follow established ABA procedures, behavior plans, and data collection protocols . Communicate observations and progress with the supervising BCBA. Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and professional development. Help maintain a positive, supportive, engaging, and structured learning environment. Collaborate with families and members of the treatment team as appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely documentation while following ethical and professional standards. What's Expected from you… We are looking for an RBT who is compassionate, dependable, patient, and passionate about helping others reach their full potential. Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or behavioral support preferred. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred. Understanding of behavior intervention strategies and ABA principles. Experience with behavioral data collection and documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans. Ability to work independently while receiving direction and clinical supervision from a BCBA. A patient, compassionate, and positive approach to working with children and families.
