Requirements/Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Demonstrated school-based experience as a BCBA Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Strong communication and organization skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with district staff
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to elementary students Supervise and mentor two RBTs within the school setting Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators on student progress Document outcomes and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
