Exciting opportunity available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who thrives on making a meaningful difference in a school-based setting. This contract position, starting as soon as possible through June 2027, offers the unique chance to provide targeted behavioral services to a small, dedicated caseload of students. Situated near Newport, NH, the role fits experienced professionals who seek flexibility and the ability to impact students with specialized needs, particularly those with selective mutism.
Key Qualifications:
Current and active BCBA credential with licensure to practice in New Hampshire Strong background in delivering behavioral analysis services to K-12 students Direct experience working with individuals with selective mutism Exceptional organizational skills for managing documentation and participating in team meetings Proven ability to communicate effectively with education teams, families, and students
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver approximately six hours per week of direct services to students, tailored to their behavioral and communicative needs Allocate an additional two hours weekly for documentation, data analysis, strategy development, and collaborative meetings Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans Provide consultation and training for staff to support ongoing implementation of strategies Ensure detailed, timely records and progress reports in accordance with school district standards This contract offers flexibility with an expected one eight-hour day on site each week, allowing for a balanced work schedule.
