Qualifications and Experience:
Active NH licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Demonstrated experience providing BCBA services to students, particularly those with selective mutism Strong ability to create, implement, and monitor behavioral plans Effective communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Proficient in conducting assessments and producing clear, actionable documentation
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver approximately six hours of direct student services per week for three students, plus additional time for meetings and administrative documentation Assess, design, and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Consult with school staff and parents to support student progress and address behavioral needs Participate in team meetings, contribute to IEP planning, and provide expert recommendations Maintain diligent records and ensure fidelity to all procedural and ethical guidelines
