BCBA | $85-$100/hour | Flexible Part-Time or Per-Diem | W-2 Employee Beyond Home Health Care is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) across New Jersey. About Us Beyond Home Health Care is a NJ DDD-approved provider helping adults with IDD live more independent, meaningful lives in their homes and communities. The Role Provide behavioral consultation across New Jersey in a variety of settings — in-home, group homes, day programs, or hybrid. Hours are flexible and built around each individual's needs and authorized budget. Because you can support multiple individuals, you have the ability to grow your weekly hours and earnings as your caseload builds. Schedule Part-time or per-diem. Typically starts around 1 hour/week per individual for initial assessment, then transitions to 30-60 min/week for ongoing monitoring. Combine several individuals to reach your ideal weekly hours. What You'll Do Conduct FBAs and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Train and support staff, families, and caregivers. Supervise RBTs as needed. Monitor data and adjust interventions. Collaborate with Support Coordinators and interdisciplinary teams. Document services per DDD requirements. What You Bring Active BCBA certification in good standing. Active NJ Behavior Analyst license (or in process). Experience with adults with IDD. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across NJ. Onboarding & Compliance — We'll Support You Before service delivery, all providers complete standard state and federal background checks, CRDD registry enrollment, and required DDD trainings (Danielle's Law, Stephen Komninos' Law, HIPAA, UIR, ANE). Don't worry if some of these are new to you — we'll guide you through the onboarding process step by step.
