Restaurant Manager - Bayville, NJ A growing fast-casual restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and a high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manager who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great guest experiences while maintaining strong operational standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth execution Lead, coach, and develop a team of hourly employees and shift leaders Manage scheduling, staffing, training, and employee performance Maintain high standards for guest service, cleanliness, food quality, and presentation Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, and operating expenses Assist with ordering, receiving, inventory, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally Drive sales and profitability through strong operational execution Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily goals and expectations Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development Maintain a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment Support company initiatives and operational improvementsQualifications:
2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast casual Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to train, motivate, and retain a team Understanding of labor, food cost, inventory, and basic restaurant financials Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Hands-on management style with a strong work ethic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment ServSafe certification is a plusWhat We Offer:
