Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and possess a background in applied behavior analysis. We are seeking someone to work in-home with a 4 year old client 3-5 days per week after school and on weekends for up to 20 hours per week. Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children with autism in patient's homes
- Document patient progress
- Collaborate with families and supervising BCBA
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality Qualifications
- High School diploma. College preferred.
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong understanding of behavioral principles and techniques and ability to implement them
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR certified or willingness to do so on own
