Behavior Technician (RBT Pathway Provided) Success On The Spectrum - Bridgewater Success On The Spectrum is a national Autism Treatment franchise committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and collaborative care. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech Therapy (ST), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Social Skills programs across clinic, home, school, and community settings. Our clinical model emphasizes Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and strong collaboration with families, therapists, and educators to ensure meaningful, functional outcomes for every learner. We are currently hiring Behavior Technician for part-time and full-time positions. This is an excellent entry-level role with a clear, supported pathway to becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) . Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Use play-based teaching strategies (NET) to build communication, social, and daily living skills Collect and record data on behavior and skill acquisition Support behavior reduction using evidence-based ABA strategies Collaborate with BCBAs and team members Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapy environment RBT Career Pathway (Training Provided) We provide a structured path to becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , including: 40-hour RBT training program Competency assessment with a BCBA Ongoing supervision and mentorship Hands-on clinical experience This role is ideal for candidates pursuing careers in ABA, psychology, education, speech therapy, or occupational therapy.
