Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As an RBT, you will implement evidence-based interventions under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to promote meaningful progress in clients' communication, social skills, and daily living skills. Duties Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, feeding, and hygiene to support client independence Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment plans Implement individualized ABA therapy protocols designed by BCBAs to address clients' unique needs Support clients during structured teaching sessions focused on communication, social skills, and behavior management Maintain detailed medical records, care plans, and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards Communicate regularly with clients' families and caregivers to provide updates on progress and reinforce strategies at home Ensure a safe, supportive environment by adhering to all ethical guidelines outlined in the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts Skills Experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorders (ASD) Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and behavior management techniques Ability to assist with ADLs and support clients in developing independence in daily routines Proficiency in data collection, medical terminology, and medical documentation practices Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to care Familiarity with behavioral health practices, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance Home-based behavioral experience or school experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to transforming lives through personalized behavioral health services.
