In this position you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress and improve quality of life for those we serve. - Board certified Behavior Analyst OR Board certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
- Applied Behavior Analysis experience preferred
- Special education experience preferred
- Proof of US citizenship or legal resident/alien status

- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive student assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Conduct intake evaluations, behavioral assessments, and ongoing data collection to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
- Train, supervise, and collaborate with Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure consistent application of intervention strategies.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure treatment effectiveness and inform decision-making processes.
- Communicate regularly with families, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and provide updates on progress. Skills
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and special education principles.
- Experience working directly with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
- Proficiency in data collection methods, medical documentation, and maintaining detailed medical records.
- Ability to perform student assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures accurately.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality and privacy of student information.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers.
- Patience, empathy, and dedication to providing student-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Salary $68,000 to $85,000 (pro-rated) Dependent on experience
