New Behavioral Network - 3.1 Cherry Hill, NJ Job Details Part-time $25 - $30 an hour 18 hours ago Benefits Paid training Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Employee discount Paid orientation Flexible schedule Life insurance Referral program Qualifications RBT Certification Direct behavioral therapy De-escalation support in education Applied Behavior Analysis Data collection Working with children with disabilities Full Job Description New Behavioral Network is seeking resilient, skilled, and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Interventionists (BIs) to provide high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for a set of siblings in Cherry Hill. This case requires dynamic providers who are comfortable working in a multi-child household and implementing structured behavior intervention plans. Due to the nature of the clients' needs, candidates must have direct experience managing aggressive behaviors (e.g., physical aggression, property destruction, severe tantrums) and a proven track record of maintaining safety while pairing effectively with clients.
Hours Needed:
Monday through Friday after school hours (flexible) Key Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by the supervising BCBA. Safely manage, de-escalate, and redirect high-intensity aggressive behaviors. Work collaboratively alongside another provider or independently with siblings during high-transition after-school hours. Collect accurate, real-time data on target behaviors and skill acquisition using electronic data collection systems. Facilitate positive sibling interactions, social skills, and daily living routines.
