Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Flexible Home & School-Based Cases | Fair Lawn New Jersey Learners' Compass, a state-approved ABA agency serving children and families since 2008, is seeking compassionate, motivated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our growing team. At Learners' Compass, we combine the science of Applied Behavior Analysis with compassionate, individualized teaching to support learners with autism and behavioral needs across home and school settings. Schedule & Service Areas Flexible Hours Available:

Monday-Friday daytime and after-school hours, with weekends available as needed.
