Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Flexible Home & School-Based Cases | Fair Lawn New Jersey Learners' Compass, a state-approved ABA agency serving children and families since 2008, is seeking compassionate, motivated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our growing team. At Learners' Compass, we combine the science of Applied Behavior Analysis with compassionate, individualized teaching to support learners with autism and behavioral needs across home and school settings. Flexible scheduling — choose your own hours Home and school-based opportunities Daytime, after-school, and weekend hours available Cases throughout Bergen, Passaic, Sussex, and Hudson Counties Supportive, collaborative clinical environment Ongoing mentorship and professional support Opportunities for BCBA supervision and leadership Responsibilities Conduct assessments and behavior evaluations Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Conduct FBAs and analyze behavioral data Supervise and support BT/RBT staff Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams Provide parent training and consultation Attend IEP meetings as needed Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance Modify programming based on learner progress and data Qualifications Applicants must: Hold active BCBA certification Possess a Master's degree in a related field Have experience working with individuals with autism and behavioral needs Demonstrate strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Have reliable transportation
Schedule & Service Areas Flexible Hours Available:
Monday-Friday daytime and after-school hours, with weekends available as needed.
