Heart to Heart Behavioral Services is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in East Orange, NJ . This is an opportunity for a dedicated clinician who enjoys developing effective treatment programs, mentoring RBTs, collaborating with families, and helping children with autism achieve meaningful progress. Responsibilities:
Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs and assessment results Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments Analyze data and make clinical decisions to support client progress Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure effective treatment delivery Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with BACB and insurance standards
Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills If you are a BCBA looking for a supportive environment where your expertise is valued and you can make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families, we would love to hear from you.
