Heart to Heart Behavioral Services is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in East Orange, NJ . Responsibilities:

Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs and assessment results Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments Analyze data and make clinical decisions to support client progress Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure effective treatment delivery Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with BACB and insurance standards

Qualifications:
