This is a full-time leadership position located in East Orange, NJ, offering a dynamic role in a growing community-centered health system. Responsibilities Accountability for Emergency Department operations, staffing, and patient care. Responsible for clinical oversight, quality initiatives, resource management, and staff development. Collaborate with nursing leadership, physicians, and hospital administration. Provide weekend, holiday, and additional coverage as needed. Requirements Active RN license in New Jersey. BSN required (MSN preferred). Minimum 5 years of Emergency Department experience. Prior ED leadership/management experience required; 3 years supervisory experience preferred. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required. CEN certification preferred. IV Certification preferred. Strong experience with staffing, performance management, patient throughput, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
