Behavior Technician Imagination ABA Therapy At Imagination ABA Therapy, we are committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. As a Behavior Technician , you will play a vital role in our team's mission to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs using evidence-based ABA practices. Role:
As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to clients in their homes, schools, or other community settings.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA Collecting and analyzing data on client behavior and progress Collaborating with clients, families, and other professionals to achieve treatment goals Maintaining accurate records and reports of client progress Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements:
Passion for working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional boundaries Coverage in the Elizabeth, New Jersey area (occasional travel may be required)
